Installation, Permitting & Compliance Disclaimer

The SolarFlow digester system is sold as a pre-built, all-in-one product. Solar Flow provides the equipment as manufactured; we do not provide installation, permitting, or regulatory compliance services as part of this sale unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

By purchasing this system, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The customer is solely responsible for determining what permits, approvals, or inspections may be required by federal, state, county, or municipal authorities prior to installing or operating the system.
2. Permitting and regulatory requirements vary significantly by location, property type, feedstock, and intended use, and may include (without limitation) building, electrical, plumbing, air quality, solid waste handling, or health department approvals.
3. The customer is responsible for engaging any licensed professionals (electricians, contractors, engineers, etc.) required to install, connect, or operate the system in compliance with applicable law.
4. Solar Flow makes no representation or warranty that the system is exempt from any specific permit, approval, or inspection requirement in the customer's jurisdiction, and any general information provided about applicable exemptions or regulations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
5. It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm current requirements with their local building department, health department, and/or air quality authority before installation and operation.
